Primary Duties and Laboratory Stewardship
- Innovative Equipment Management: As an EM Technician I, you will play a pivotal role in sampling activities in aseptic and controlled areas, as well as in managing plant utility systems.
- Aseptic Qualification Maintenance: Maintaining and upholding aseptic qualifications and comprehensive training is crucial for this role.
- Lab Operations Oversight: Take charge of the laboratory’s overall functioning, including EMS operation, stocking supplies, equipment preparation, and general lab upkeep.
- Safe and Compliant Environment: Uphold the highest safety standards and comply with all relevant regulations to create a secure laboratory environment.
Environmental Monitoring and Documentation
- Rigorous Environmental Monitoring: Conduct meticulous monitoring tasks in aseptic environments, controlled areas, and utility systems, adhering to the highest standards of SOPs and GMP documents.
- Documentation Excellence: Expertly document all activities with precision, ensuring adherence to GDP principles, using MODA, LIMS, or standard laboratory documentation methods.
- Effective Communication and Collaboration: Forge strong partnerships with site departments for operational support and GMP process compliance.

Educational Background and Experience
- Educational Requirement: A High School Diploma or an equivalent GED is a fundamental requirement for this role.
- Experience in the Field: Ideal candidates will bring 0-2 years of relevant experience, laying the groundwork for a successful career in laboratory operations.
