As we expand our reach in North America, we are on the lookout for a Business Development Representative with a flair for sales and a passion for the beauty industry. This role is pivotal in escalating our presence in the premium market segment, focusing on outbound sales processes. The ideal candidate will bring creativity and ambition to the table, fostering relationships with partners and driving sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities and Objectives

  1. Building Strategic Partnerships:
    • Cultivate relationships with partners, including brands, distributors, business coaches, and influencers, to generate referrals and opportunities.
    • Regular communication with partners to enhance prospect engagement.
    • Organize and attend partnership events and identify new event opportunities.
  2. Sales and Market Expansion:
    • Target and nurture potential salon clients to convert them into long-term Phorest users.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and handle sales processes when necessary.
    • Keep abreast of competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  3. Collaborative Team Player:
    • Work closely with North American Sales and Marketing Teams for cohesive strategy execution.
    • Participate in networking events and represent Phorest’s values and culture.
    • Manage and execute Account-Based Marketing programs.

Who You Are: An Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A seasoned sales professional with a minimum of 3 years in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Experience in the Hair and Beauty industry, with a profound understanding of salon operations.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales tools.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and excellent objection handling abilities.
  • A proactive individual with a growth mindset, adaptable to a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for conferences and partner collaboration.
  • Based in MST, PST, or CST time zones to effectively support partnerships.
