Your Role in Our Mission

As the Western USA Regional Manager, based in either Seattle or Denver, you will be a beacon of technical leadership and client engagement. Your extensive experience in hydropower, including dam safety reviews and engineering design, will be crucial in leading projects and driving our mission forward. You’ll be the linchpin between project management, senior technical leadership, and business development, not just in the Western USA but also globally.

Responsibilities and Growth

Your primary responsibilities will involve:

  • Leading business development activities, including client opportunity identification, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations.
  • Developing and enhancing key client relationships, serving as the primary contact.
  • Managing projects, overseeing scope, cost, and schedule, and ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Supervising and coaching engineering staff, fostering a learning environment.
  • Participating in global projects as a client liaison, expanding your professional horizons.

You’ll bring to the role:

  • A Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline and registration as a Professional Engineer.
  • Over 15 years of multi-disciplinary experience in hydropower projects.
  • Profound knowledge of engineering, procurement, and construction methodologies.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.

Compensation and Work-Life Harmony

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 – $150,000, subject to factors like experience, skillset, and location.
