Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Project Coordination:
- Leading day-to-day deliverables for the team and ensuring high performance.
- Actively participating in technical and functional discussions with clients, offering insights and recommendations.
- Identifying and resolving complex issues proactively, fostering continuous process improvements.
Technical Expertise and Development:
- Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS 12.x, testing tools, workflows, ADF, and DB tools.
- Orchestrating the architecture and implementation of technical solutions in EBS/Oracle DB.
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborating effectively with various stakeholders and ensuring clear communication across teams.
- Managing multiple tasks with high efficiency and excellent organizational skills.
Required Qualifications:
- Location: Position primarily based in Atlanta, GA, with flexibility for travel.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; experience may substitute for education.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in Information Technology, with hands-on experience in supporting Oracle EBS SCM and manufacturing modules.
- Skills: Proficiency in PL/SQL, EBS retrofit/development tools, SOA middleware, and ADF framework.
- Citizenship: Open to U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle certifications are a plus.
- Extensive experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Customization and Data Migration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in a Global Delivery model is advantageous.
