Join Our North American Journey: Sales and Payments Manager Role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Payments Manager for North America to spearhead sales and payment rates in this key region. As part of our North American Leadership team, you’ll play a vital role in steering our strategic initiatives and driving growth.
Responsibilities of a Sales and Payments Manager
- Lead the NA Sales Team to meet and exceed revenue and attachment targets.
- Serve as a critical member of the NA Leadership Team, shaping and achieving strategic objectives.
- Cultivate a motivating team environment, fostering accountability and empowerment.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service and client loyalty.
- Drive sales progression metrics to optimize performance.
- Manage payment rate issues while maintaining Phorest’s margin requirements.
- Be the face of integrated payments, coaching the team on value and maintaining rates.
- Collaborate with global leaders to bring innovative initiatives to the Sales team.
- Handle all HR aspects for the team, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.
What We Expect from You
- A minimum of 3 years of experience managing a Sales team in a SaaS environment.
- Strong background in payments and leadership roles.
- In-depth knowledge of integrated payments solutions and commercial rates.
- Preferably 3+ years in the Hair and Beauty industry.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Gainsight.
- A people-centric approach, focusing on continuous improvement and feedback.
- Proactive in understanding market trends and competitor strategies.
- A growth mindset and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
