The Role: Driving Global Student Engagement through CRM & Marketing

As our Manager of CRM & Marketing Automation, you’ll be at the forefront of our global marketing initiatives. Your role is pivotal in shaping personalized customer experiences, optimizing marketing campaigns, and driving engagement strategies that resonate with the global student and youth community.

Key Responsibilities: Your Path to Impact

  1. Strategic Leadership: Steer our global strategy across multiple channels, including email, app notifications, and marketing automation.
  2. Innovation in Automation: Develop and implement cutting-edge automation strategies to boost customer engagement and retention.
  3. Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize analytics to enhance campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.
  4. Content Creation and Management: Collaborate with our design team for innovative email templates and work with developers to enhance platform functionality.
  5. Performance Analysis: Track and report key metrics to gauge the success of campaigns and audience engagement.
  6. Compliance and Collaboration: Ensure adherence to consumer protection laws and work closely with internal teams for successful campaign execution.

Experience & Qualifications: Your Toolkit for Success

  • 4-6 years in email/app notification platforms and marketing.
  • Proficiency in Braze or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong technical skills, including HTML editing and familiarity with Adobe Photoshop.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
