Your Role in Connecting the World:

We’re excited to strengthen our DAS & Small Cells (DAS & SC) sales team in the United Kingdom, capturing emerging growth opportunities. We’re on the lookout for a Regional Sales Manager who will spearhead sales by nurturing customer relationships, comprehending market needs, and guiding local account managers.

This role is flexible and UK-based, allowing you to work virtually from any location within the country.

Under the leadership of the Regional Sales Director, the DAS & SC sales team focuses on selling in-building wireless solutions (used in Commercial Cellular Networks, Private and Public Safety Networks) to a select customer base, including Mobile Network Operators, System Integrators, and Neutral Hosts. As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll coordinate sales and customer relationships, striving to meet financial goals for your region. Collaborating with our technical pre-sales team, you’ll tailor solutions architectures to meet specific customer requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate brings a technical background in wireless communications, radio access networks, or IP Networking. If you have sales and account management experience with Mobile Network Providers, you’re the candidate we’re searching for. Leadership experience is a bonus, but we also welcome candidates eager to grow into leadership and team coaching roles.

Sales Management

Your Impact and Responsibilities:

  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships at all levels within Mobile Network Operators and their system integrator partners in the MEA market. Use your initiative to schedule regular visits, conduct customer training, and introduce new products/solutions, aiming to maximize development with existing and new customers.
  • Match Solutions to Customer Needs: Understand the unique business, technology, and product needs of customers and match them with appropriate solutions.
  • Stay Informed: Keep abreast of relevant DAS & SC solutions, products, and services.
  • Own Your Financial Goals: Take charge of revenue and demand forecasting, account planning, and project planning. You will also provide reports and insights to management on sales progress and success.
  • Complete the Sales Cycle: From prospecting to closing sales, coordinate sales activities and resources for solution development, present solutions, and negotiate through to the close.

  • Technical Expertise: Knowledge in wireless communications, radio access networks, and in-building wireless design and planning.
  • Flexibility: Openness to travel as required.
