• Drive Global Strategy: Take charge of the global buildit GTM 5X growth strategy and own the UK growth targets.

Your Role in Demand Generation and Business Growth

• Articulate Our Value: Convey buildit’s robust engineering capabilities to internal and external stakeholders, enhancing Wipro’s brand and market share.
• Foster Trusted Relationships: Develop strong connections with the FSC sales team, GAEs, and other service lines to generate qualified business demands.
• Attract Top Talent: Ensure we have the finest engineering talents to maintain delivery excellence and earn the status of a trusted advisor.

Recruiting and Business Operations: The Backbone of Our Success

• Manage Operations Efficiently: Oversee all operational aspects, including hiring, onboarding, training, and managing studio headcount and revenue.
• Achieve Business Objectives: Meet our utilization and revenue goals, and contribute creatively to new service offerings to keep us at the forefront of the market.

Who We’re Looking For

• A Seasoned Leader: You’re a tech executive or consultant with experience leading software or product engineering teams.
• Background in Big 4 or Boutique Firms: Experience in these areas is a bonus, along with a solid grasp of modern, cloud-native software engineering practices.
• Strong Communicator with Business Savvy: You have an excellent executive presence, able to communicate complex technical matters simply, backed by strong business acumen and P&L experience.
• A Growth-Focused Leader: You bring a growth mindset, empathy, and self-awareness, with experience in managing teams of 30-60 software developers/engineers.
• Experienced in Sales and Growth: You have a track record of meeting sales and growth targets, strategic planning, and building cross-functional teams.

Additional Qualifications:

• Relevant work experience and years leading technology teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or business.
• Experience working with diverse, global teams.
